AI Engineer
Build the systems behind Karokan’s matching, evaluation, and expert workflow infrastructure. This role sits at the product core, not on the periphery.
What we need
Strong technical intuition around LLM systems, data flows, and model constraints
Ability to ship clean product infrastructure, not just isolated demos
Comfort moving between backend systems, AI workflows, and product iteration
Clear communication and strong independent execution
Scope
Design and ship product features tied to expert operations and role matching
Improve system reliability, performance, and internal tooling
Work directly on the interfaces between AI workflows and user experience
Growth Operator
Own growth loops across expert acquisition, ecosystem visibility, and narrative distribution. This is for someone who can create momentum, not report on it.
What we need
Sharp understanding of internet-native distribution and technical audiences
Ability to execute content, partnerships, and experiments with minimal hand-holding
Strong writing and taste across product-facing messaging
Evidence that you have already built or grown something real
