What remains absent is the sovereign human layer: verified experts who train and evaluate models, and practitioners who deploy them into production. European AI models are trained and assessed through platforms controlled from San Francisco. European enterprises deploying AI rely on American talent clouds with no continental infrastructure.
Karokan provides the missing layer. Sovereign data, evaluations, and deployed expertise for AI labs, governments, and enterprises, from Europe, under European jurisdiction, with native regulatory compliance.
